EVP of Client Services

The Executive Vice President, Client Services is responsible for spearheading Superfly’s brand practice. Working in partnership with the brand practices executive team and Superfly’s larger executive team, this role will be responsible for guiding the successful planning, management, execution and strategic organic growth of our clients’ business. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the agency landscape across areas of organizational development, business operations and client growth. The EVP, Client Services will have five main areas of focus:

1. Day-to-day performance of the practice, resource allocation and management

2. Organic client growth and development

3. High level involvement on key accounts

4. Implementation of business operation and financial infrastructure to drive profitability 

5. Staff mentorship, growth and development

Here's what you'll do:

  • Build and operate an exceptional client services organization
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the client services team
  •  Successfully build and manage client relationships
  • Lead key pieces of client business that have the potential to be transformative to the brand practice or with significant growth potential
  • Work closely with the head of the brand practice, EVP of Business Development and ECD to develop short and long term goals, financial targets and resource planning management
  • Strategic development and storytelling for brand practice and key clients
  • Organize and run quarterly state of the business meetings with the agency executive team and directors to evaluate our performance on current business and identify and review growth opportunities for each client
  • Develop and implement key business practices such as project start forms and resource deployment, time tracking, resource allocation, tracking and budgeting for projects
  • Drive thought leadership and strategy across the client service team and brand practice as well as the Superfly brand
  • Continue to build and motivate a high performing team, investing in their personal and professional development through genuine and thoughtful mentorship efforts and in collaboration with the EVP, People & Culture
  • Leadership meetings; drive client service, participate in executive meetings
  • Measure growth and performance for existing staff
  • Drive recruitment efforts of a growing team to meet business needs

Your strengths and experience:

  • Minimum 10+ years of agency experience leading some of the world’s most aspirational and successful brands
  • Extensive domestic and international brand leadership experience  
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to listen and work with ambiguity
  • Very strong emotional IQ: excellent interpersonal skills, strong sense of empathy, ability to meet and work effectively and collaboratively with a variety of client relationships  
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve challenges before they arise
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to effectively set and meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of the experience landscape
